Just watching the news and they are basically telling us exactly what she will be saying. Why do they have to tell us word for word what she will say? Why not wait until we watch the actual address?

I'll watch it later but I just think it's annoying that we are told exactly what she will say. Why can't they leave it for her to say it, whether it be written by her or or not.
How will she begin?
Good evening.
My fellow citizens.
People of Britain and the Commonwealth.

I agree that it will save me the bother
It’s exactly the same with the Christmas Day Speech and it always infuriates me.

I’m going to watch it, so why tell me in advance what’s going to be said. Those who don’t want to watch it, don’t want to hear anyway. Grrrrr
Very well done.
