The Minneapolis Police Chief won't deploy his officers. Says his first duty is to protect their safety. (anyone agree?)
And ABers wanted to know why gun sales were going through the roof in the US.

The National Guard has been called in. Don't know whether that is to sort out the shopping with violence perps or the armed shopkeepers guarding their premises and businesses.

Why oh why do these people (chancers) have to riot. From what I have seen so far the man in custody should never have died but how is looting your local area going to help this, all it does is loose the goal of the protests and takes the highlight away from the real problem.

'Chancers', by nature, spice, look for opportunities such as this in order to indulge in their favourite hobby. What happened to George Floyd was abhorrent and justice needs to be done, and seen to be done, by the arrest of those involved. However, as you say, justice will not be achieved by rioting, looting and arson.
