I Can’t Relax My Legs
5 Answers
This is weird - last night I got no sleep at all as it felt like I couldn’t properly relax my legs/lower body. They were relaxed but they felt slightly tense, and like they weren’t there. It’s hard to explain. Could this be a mild bladder infection, the feeling of tension down there? I know I’m anxious as I have fluttering muscles in my hands/face and am very worried about everything- no job for the foreseeable, and all my creative work stopped. Also as I’m shielding, nothing to look forward to. I’ve not seen anyone in 12 weeks and I’ve only been in the (communal) garden twice. Any ideas?

I find that calmag zinc tablets or liquid help, but your symptoms may be anxiety. Is there someone you can talk to? Are you getting all the financial help that is available? There is new health guidance out that says that its safe for you to meet, socially distanced, with one person or to go out for a walk. https:/ /www.go v.uk/go vernmen t/publi cations /guidan ce-on-s hieldin g-and-p rotecti ng-extr emely-v ulnerab le-pers ons-fro m-covid -19/gui dance-o n-shiel ding-an d-prote cting-e xtremel y-vulne rable-p ersons- from-co vid-19
