Just like the gentleman who landed at Heathrow recently from Europe. He told the TV interviewer he was totally unaware of UK quarantine requirements and no one had spoken to him about them. He then asked to be excused as he didn't feel at all well and was heading to the underground to find a hospital. Terrific.!
