Bobbi, if my sister was judged by me, she'd be surrounded by angels singing Hallelujah. If I was judged by her I'd probably be run out of town with pitchforks and burning torches. We're not responsible for what out parents and siblings do, we can't choose our family.

Bobbi, either there is none or Boris has privately expressed his views! Either way its not relevant to what he does or says.
Wrong on no levels.

He hasn’t broken any UK rules. The current guidance is due to change today. If he makes money by letting his property, then it is a good enough reason to travel to make the Villa safe and compliant. The Greek Authorities don’t seem bothered he flew in from Bulgaria.

I can’t see any problem at all. It isn’t really embarrassing to Boris either, most of the country has given up on the essential travel ban.
Oh for goodness sake. I agree with Woofy, ummm, jno, Mozz. Nothing to do with the PM and just gutter press so called news.

apc, I don't care who agrees with who,I am a lone voice , I get that but that is my entitlement?
There are a hundred flight out of Heathrow today, including to Athens. The press are targeting Johnson just because he is the Prime Ministers father. There must be many thousands traveling today.
Question Author
all going against the FO then Gromit ?
No one challenged that Bobbi. Why do you adopt this attitude so often?
There is a direct flight from Heathrow at 13:15 to Athens.

The website shows the gate is closing, so that means passengers are boarding.

My Mother would have been dreadful during this time,I have no clue how I would have reined her in without knock out drops or brute force.

Neither of which would have been my right to do.

Are we to believe that, at the end of each 'holiday let', Stan The Man is flying over and cleaning the place. Surely the minions that do that for him could also do the 'Covid-proofing'. Personally, I think he may have had a word with Dom and asked him what might be a plausible excuse to visit his holiday home:-/

jno I like that so much I laughed out loud, BA to you
The Foreign Office advises, and by ignoring that advice, Stanley Johnson isn’t breaking any law.

The FO says an exception is essential travel. Mr Johnson argues that maintaining property he has in Greece is essential.

Meanwhile his son and his Government is desperately trying to open an air bridge to Greece for UK travellers. Hardly a sign that this is a father going against son.
Also, I think I understand the point Bobbi is making. As is his job, the PM lays down the guidelines for coping with the virus and asks us to respect them. Then along comes 79 year old 'Papa J' and drives a horse and cart through them. Some will see that and think, "What's good for the goose....."

thank you Ken, that's precisely what I was trying to say
