Yes, but this one moves about!
I'm surprised the police didn't do more - the Balearics have brought in a 100% compulsory mask wearing in all public spaces at all times - only exception is on the beach and once sat down in a restaurant. Fine 100 euros for not complying.
I suspect the Spanish police are under strict orders NOT to come down too hard on these morons. As Apc indicates, their economy relies quite heavily on drunken brain-dead Brits. Particularly so now given the effect Covid19 has had on the global economy. Perhaps they could throw them in the drunk tank, then release them next day...…….outside the nearest bar.
Who in their right minds would want to go to Spain any time soon anyway.

My friend who is living in Spain told me yesterday that the Spanish equivalent of the English idiot's are causing problems too.
I do wonder exactly how many idiots are out there. Just because someone writes hundreds on Social Media doesnt mean that is reality.

The Spanish Police normally are pretty tough on scum. None of your Police 'service' out there. And quite right too.
YMB, I did think that myself with the original link when it said about 100s, then said 1 person was standing on a car and then another and then 1 more. That's 3 not 100s
Nothing worse than Brits Abroad . T shirts with union Jack , beer bellies and six packs hanging from belt, Makes one ashamed to be British.
aren't you a brit abroad Gulliver?
Referring to these yobs as Brexiteers defines you intellectually as, how shall we say challenged....
13 .39 as in my reply at 13.34 "makes one ashamed to be British"
//Most likely the vast majority are too thick to even begin to weigh up the pros and cons of Brexit - I doubt they even voted.//

If they voted at all (a very large "if") I would think they were more likely to have fallen for the line "If we leave you won't be able to go to Megaruff any more and spend a fortnight in an alcoholic stupor."

Quite frankly the Spanish reap what they sow. They allowed bars to open all night and sell cheap booze in what, some years ago, was actually quite a nice resort and attract young boozers to it. They've done the same in Ibiza and many places on the mainland. Mallorca is a lovely island with some very nice towns and villages and stunning scenery. I suppose it's good that all the rough tend to congregate in a small number of places.
so I still don't get it Gulliver. you say "Nothing worse than Brits Abroad "
so do you mean "Nothing worse than Brits Abroad with the exception of Me"? or are you really saying there's nothing worse than you?
// this just in: young people get drunk and act like idiots on holiday.
How is that news, and what does it have to do with brexit?//

er - because post Brexit they will have to do it in Blackpool and not Bar-thell-owna

[this is me again innit? always coming up with some possy pseudo-point, rejoinder, smart ossed remark]
margate and not magaluf den - - sozza
Hang on...I thought it was the old-fogeys who voted for Brexit?
yeah imagine it
old fogeys queueing for the beach and complaining their zimmer frames get jammed
getting tiddly on half a lager and then slamming the tin in another OAPs face and saying " well I can knock his teef art - he aint go' any!"
