As Apc indicates, their economy relies quite heavily on drunken brain-dead Brits. Particularly so now given the effect Covid19 has had on the global economy. Perhaps they could throw them in the drunk tank, then release them next day...…….outside the nearest bar.
Who in their right minds would want to go to Spain any time soon anyway.

My friend who is living in Spain told me yesterday that the Spanish equivalent of the English idiot's are causing problems too.

//Most likely the vast majority are too thick to even begin to weigh up the pros and cons of Brexit - I doubt they even voted.//
If they voted at all (a very large "if") I would think they were more likely to have fallen for the line "If we leave you won't be able to go to Megaruff any more and spend a fortnight in an alcoholic stupor."
Quite frankly the Spanish reap what they sow. They allowed bars to open all night and sell cheap booze in what, some years ago, was actually quite a nice resort and attract young boozers to it. They've done the same in Ibiza and many places on the mainland. Mallorca is a lovely island with some very nice towns and villages and stunning scenery. I suppose it's good that all the rough tend to congregate in a small number of places.

[this is me again innit? always coming up with some possy pseudo-point, rejoinder, smart ossed remark]
