Boris got the report in October 2019. Normally, a report would be published shortly after that. But Boris called a General Election and the Committee was disbanded. 8 months later, we now have a new Committee, so there is nothing preventing publication, except Boris dragging his feet for some reason.
I doubt there will be anything much in the report. They will say Russia used social media to feed propaganda to people in the UK, but that it didn’t influence the referendum result.

£1.9 Million given to the Tories.
// Lubov Chernukhin’s political donation history is also a windy road. She attempted to give her first donation of £10,000 to the United Kingdom Conservative Party in 2012 which was initially blocked as she was declared as “an impermissible donor” by the Electoral Commission. Presumably, the reason for this was because she was not yet on the electoral roll. As a British citizen, however, she now has every right and freedom to make donations to political parties. The Conservative party took advice about her donation and ultimately determined that there was no reason not to accept it. Since then, she has donated over £1.9 million, in 54 different cash payments, making her the biggest ever female donor to any political party in the United Kingdom. These donations have often provided her with face time with Conservative party leadership. Such occasions have included £160,000 for a tennis match with Boris Johnson and David Cameron in 2014, £135,000 in February 2019 for dinner with female cabinet members including Theresa May, and £45,000 for a tennis match with Boris Johnson in February 2020. The donations are all public record, the contents of their conversation are obviously not. But arguably, Ms. Chernukhin has potentially become one of the most significantly influential figures in British politics merely because of her donations. In the first three months of 2020, Lubov Chernukhin has donated an additional £335,000 to the Conservative party. //

ick its not actually clear.... here it says he is....or at least was a GP....and I am fairly sure I got referrals from him when I was working in the NHS....BUT apart from this one link I can't find any other evidence. https:/ /www.gp online. com/gen eral-el ection- 2019-fi ve-gps- elected -three- lose-se ats/art icle/16 68711
No he’s definitely not a GP or any sort of medical man.
In fact you’ve only got to hear him speak to see that he’s hardly the family doctor type ;-)
As regards him being from the same eurosceptic stable as the PM, I’d say that’s not really accurate. He’s a long standing Brexit supporter. Whereas Johnson might be a long standing eurosceptic, with his dubious Spectator articles, but he was very much a last-minute convert to the Brexit cause.

GPOnline also named before the election
"The Tories have the largest number of GP candidates (8) and have three members up for re-election, including staunch Eurosceptic Dr Liam Fox, a former GP who famously said a post-Brexit free trade deal with the EU should ‘be the easiest in human history’.
Dr Julian Lewis and Dr Andrew Murrison are the two other Tory hopefuls looking to keep hold of their seats. "
An odd mistake for a specialist general practice magazine to make, if so.
