any remorse being shown now is likely to be down to self interest rather that sincere regret

some typos on my text sorry
peter i'm really sorry if I irked you with my "is this news" comment last week, but for god's sake stop bringing it up!
Usual apologists I see.

Savages should swing.

jackdaw: // Premeditation doesn't come into it. Anyway you can't have intent without premeditation.//

i thought you said you had a Law degree.

"Manslaughter is defined in the UK as murder without premeditation. There are a number of reasons why death could be caused without premeditation, such as an accident – whereas murder is the the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another."
jack Straw has a lot to answer for.
JNO I'm stunned you wish to defend them (although I'm not really) but do you think I was magically reading their minds? Do you seriously suggest that normal people would think they could drag someone behind a car at 60mph and it wouldn't kill them? You seem to have had no problem in reading their minds and deduced they didn't mean any harm.
Eh?
I am very glad I did not sit on that jury
That was to CAC

Absolute utter scumbags and lowlifes as the short video shows.

Ladbirder, if you are saying you have never met any Travellers, then thank your lucky stars.
jno never ceases to amaze me with the carp she posts, and yet maybe I should be used to it now! I was close to tears on reading about this on Mail Online earlier today, a hard working, lovely young man dies doing his job and the worthless, lazy human filth who did this to him, laugh their way through Court, don't give a **** about anything and get away with just manslaughter!!! Don't tell me there is justice in this world, because there is not!!! So very sorry for his wife and his family and him, who died for nothing …..
I have just read the link - it seems they were aware the PC was being dragged along - if I was making the laws that would be murder

Just reading that brings tears. Poor, poor man. The harsher the penalty the better. I couldn't care less about their 'rights'.
