Bring a Yahoo link I can't or won't access that to read the incident. But based on a web search, murder terms are 15 to 30 years. In order for the system to work, idiotic actions that result in unintended death have to be less severe. So 80 years simply isn't going to work, unless you 'upgrade' all sentences and raise them all, for example to continuous torture for 5 years for dropping litter, maybe.

Sentences aren't meant to be for vengeance, it's meant to be appropriate.
