On the 2nd JAN this year, Boris stood on the steps of Downing St, and announced with a double thumbs up sign........"This is going to be a fantastic year for Britain".......Little did he realise then, what was ahead.
Boris is not famous for his honesty,but that day he did not realise he was telling the biggest unintentional lie of his life.

//By the way I am neither little or stupid so please get your facts right before posting. Thank you.//

As TTT keeps saying, can you prove that statement?

Seriously, my apologies for that post, posting when angry and a few ciders past tipsy is never a good idea.

My frustration was that I only bought up the Brexit Bus as an example of Boris lying through his teeth, which I still believe he did, no matter what Tora says. I had no intention of reopening another Brexit war, but I should have known what was going to happen. This is AB, the home of political extremes.
Thank you for that Mozz71. The mention of Brexit always seems to bring out the frustrations people have one way or the other and to be honest I think most have had enough of it. What's done is done and we have to get on with it.
That’s just it tho, brexit isn’t done and, complex as it was before, COVID is a big spanner in the works. It could be that it plays to our advantage as countries should be more willing to trade with anyone to rebuild their economies
Mozz it take a good person to say sorry , respect to you

Shedman, probably 98% on here have accepted Brexit , I need not tell you who the 2% are and that's the only time it gets mentioned now
Arghhhh Zac man, haha

YMB @ 22.58 Thanks for your advice. Might I advise you to get your own house in order first before being critical of others, just saying .
Sorry for mentioning COVID and Brexit in one post, Bobbi
mozza says sozza - coz 'e was sozzled ?
I cdnt make it up. yeah you can pronounce the middle one as cozza

cometh the hour cometh the man
isnt really au point here ( Bozza was really a clown and we have him and his cohorts clowning around)
shedman 16:11 there's the BA gully, have the bottle to select it.
//mozza says sozza - coz 'e was sozzled//

I get the idea you've been saving that up for the right occasion!
//What's done is done and we have to get on with it.//

Couldn't agree more TSM. I will never agree with it, and will always consider it a low point in modern British history, but we all have to try our best to make it work. I'm not above a few "I told you so"s if it all goes tits up, but I won't be hoping that happens, like a certain Spanish resident I could mention.

Spain my Arris haha
//Spain my Arris haha//

Well, where the hell he is. The Isle of Wight or something :-)
That ,we will never be told but wherever it is , he's very 'into' the politics of this country Mozz ;0)
I don't remember anyone moaning about Sqad having a political opinion.
ummmm Sqad wasn't obsessed with Boris and his posts were sensible.
True but that's not the point. Just because they are in Spain doesn't mean an opinion can't be formed.
Ummmm, It is not confirmed where he is, but, as I said, if his posts were of a sensible nature then nobody would mind where he was.
ummmm gulliver doesn't ever make a constructive post, never a valid argument, just abusive one liners. He never explains why Brexit/Boris are bad.
Ok - leave Gulliver alone

I forgot to mention , he's my helmsman .
