Lost Email

I located an important email in my Spam folder. I tried to move it to my Inbox, but it disappeared. It is not in any of my other folders. I am running Windows 10 and BT Internet email. Please can anyone help?

If like me you have your emails in date order, scroll down them in the inbox to when you think it first arrived. It will have been put there rather than at the top of the list.

If your email system is like mine, and the sender of the missing email is in your 'Contacts' list, you should be able to locate it by going to your list of contacts, clicking on the relevant one and then clicking on something like 'Show all mail from this sender'.

If the sender isn't already in your 'Contacts' list, adding them to it should then able you to use the same method to find the email.
