Sussexes Pay Back Frogmore Debt...
I notice there's nothing about this as yet. I guess ABers only really care about negative stories about Harry and Meghan.

They've paid back their debt to the taxpayer. Good. It's the right thing to do, although it won't stop the whiners whining about them as I'm sure they're well aware. Now, which of the other royals will be next to cough up I wonder.

Great that they’ve paid their debt to the British taxpayer. Quite right too. I do, however, find it curious that within days of acquiring their lucrative contract with Netflix the couple have cancelled a massive fundraiser for Invictus Games, planned for next June and due to be broadcast by Netflix’s rival, Amazon - allegedly due to Coronavirus.
I too think they should abandon their titles. If they want to go it alone, no one is stopping them, but whilst they are attached to those titles they aren’t going it alone. They’re trading on their royal status.

Indeed they are - and I would suggest that without the currency, Netflix would be far less interested in them, and far less interested in bankrolling their future.
Netflix is banking on the couple as being seen as direct connections to the Royal Family - access they cannot even dream of under normal cirumstances, and that this will be enough to entice their subscribers to buy into whatever 'product' the couple produce.
An absence of those connections would make them far less 'valuable' to Netflix, so I see no chance of H & M renouncing those titles any time soon.

Further to my last point, I wonder if Netflix are taking a massive gamble that may well seriously backfire on them.
History shows that, even including the Queen, the Royal Family are not an especially engaging lot of individuals.
Few of them are remotely photogenic - Megan does score there - but we may find that the imagined 'gloss' that will cover them as presenters may be seriously misplaced.
Megan will have no problem, she is an experienced actress and perfectly able to present a piece to camera in aprofessional manner, but Harry? I doubt it very much indeed.
I suspect that the novelty of the 'Royal' couple will wear off very quickly indeed, when simple inadequacy as a presenter will expose Harry to hostile reviews.
Having presenter skills makes you a presenter, being royal does not.
