OK OK so BAME people are more susceptible, how is that racist? Men are more susceptible to gout but that's ain't sexist is it? Is it just possible that BAME people are somehow more open to catching the virus? Does everything that is different for BAME people have to be racism?

AH: "Do you have a link to back up that assertion?" - well it's touched on here in the Guardian https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/apr/07/bame-groups-hit-harder-covid-19-than-white-people-uk
Essentially they are more likely to live in situations where they are closer to more people for longer in certain, communities, notably Asian. There is evidence they they ignore the rules more readily, again the Guardian: https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/may/26/bame-people-fined-more-than-white-population-under-coronavirus-laws

If you have read your link, you will see that the essence of it is 'suggestions' rather than a statement of fact.

I can 'suggest' all sorts of things, but I try to refrain from shoehorning them into an argument that I lost with my opening statement.

I am also inclined to accept when I have got something wrong, and admit it, rather than flogging on with less dignity and credibility each time I post.

"BAME people account for 15.5% of the population in England, according to 2016 population figures. BAME people received at least 22% of the coronavirus lockdown fines" - sounds pretty factual to me.
Words number limit please! One reply on had about 500 words.

There is evidence they they ignore the rules more readily

nope, just evidence that they are fined more readily. There may be other reasons for that.
Haven't read the answers yet, will do, but has anyone pointed out yet that women are unfairly discriminated against because no males die in childbirth?
^^ OK, flippant - but I'm afraid it was my instant reaction. Some races are more prone to different diseases - sickle-cell anaemia is an obvious example. It's pointless to deny it. Vitamin D seems to be important and black skin does not absorb it as readily as white skin; brown-skinned ladies often cover as much of their bodies as possible. There are probably many reasons for the imbalance, but of one thing I am certain - the virus is not in itself racist!
Maybe they don't wash their hands for long enough.

If you do read the thread you will see that I have gone to considerable lengths to explain to Tora that is OP is irrational - I'm not sure if i have succeeded or not.

AH if you read this thread I have gone to great lengths to demonstrate that it's a hyperbolistic derivation of the Mrs L's position. Clearly I have not succeeded as you seem to disregard any explanation that goes against your ingrained position.
