//Those who choose to play fast and loose with a pandemic until they end up in a hospital don't deserve to be cared for in a hospital.//
There’s lots of people who “play fast and loose” with all sorts of things in all sorts of ways. Many of them end up in hospital. Do they all not deserve to be cared for? For example, around 500 people a week end up in hospital as a result of road accidents. Some of them as a result of their own mistakes, some as a result of others. Are they playing fast and loose? After all, they could all be entirely avoided if everybody stopped using the roads.
Around 20,000 people a day are testing positive for the virus, with probably many more than that actually becoming infected. Are they all “playing fast and loose”? Or could it be that they are simply conducting their lives as they must?

Then she should tell them not to come.

Then it’s quite simple – stay indoors and don’t let anybody into your home. Or do you expect everybody else to do the same?
