It'll take a year to vaccinate the country, right oh? from the same people that said it would take at least 2 years to have a vaccine ready to go! I reckon we'll be all done by Easter.

Some people don't and one respects that point of view, but they are" experts", trained, intellectual astute in their particular field, but not infallible, but are by far the best gestimates for specialised situations.
The prof on AB is a good example of an expert in his particular field in a virologist pandemic in which we are enveloped and Peter Pedant if you can understand him.
You can listen to New Judge, sqad, Buenchico, Wolfgang and whoever you choice, but personally give me the "experts" every time.

Tora, I think you're being enthusiastically optimistic about Easter. It's a herculean task to vaccinate an entire population and as Khandro and Emmie have pointed out, to get back to normal we need to consider visitors. If normal includes foreign holidays, then this is a further complication.
