Section 6 is interesting "She appealed for her human rights claim" What about the human rights of people like Alan Henning and James Foley?

This won’t be popular, but it’s actually rather disgrace that this person and many others have been dumped by the UK: out of the reach of justice, of civilisation, potentially creating a whole new forgotten (for now) generation of terrorists - aside from the humanitarian angle.

Probably because they conspired to commit treason to the country that gave them freedom and they repaid that freedom with barbaric acts to their own people, none should be allowed to set foot again on British soil, they gave up that right and if Mr Blair hadn't revoked parts of the Treason Law when he did, perhaps there would no high court appeal today and let's face it, Blair and his Barrister wife Cherie had a vested interested in this , called money
Some people do terrible things when they are young, but they can change, let her back, assess her properly then either punish her appropriately or rehabilitate her if she understands and wants to be part of society. I'd bet my life the Gov. Lawyers ain't.
Who initiated, and possibly financed the case. Again, anyone know?
I suspect Bobbi's right. Tony Blair's Benevolent Society for Lawyers will have a sticky finger in this, begum.

If she does come back perhaps the government should give her a council house up here in Scotland.Perhaps up in Coatbridge or Airdrie, the residents there are partial to a terrorist or two, plus she would find that living there wasnt much different to living in a squalid cess-pit of a prison out in Iraq!
