Anyone doing vaccines?
Pollard this am on R4 around 07 30 very good
1. he Andrew Pollard is the guy in charge
2. three clots reported now up to 40. You expect 3000 deaths per month from clots anyway. so an increase may not be happening
3. If you are running at 1000 covid deaths a month and you dont vacca for a month then you have 1000 deaths instead of 40. (*)
4.What about vacca whilst you have covid but dont know? - - well you clot with Covid anyway so you are never gonna know what it is
which considering some of the blindly stupid rubbish around I thought was very clear
(*) opportunity cost argument but you have to know what an opportunity cost is

even the fluffy Beeb hack said:
In the UK, more than 11 million people have already received at least one dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine and there has been no sign of excess deaths or blood clots occurring.
Pollard made the point - we have millions of doses administered far more than the sum of Europe
Oh and they are croaking immediately which is not the usual picture for pulmonary embolism innit? - 10 d gap after initiating event

well President Macron isnt one ( quasi ineffectual)
neither is the EMA ( euro medicines agency - load of admins shuffling paper around )
and the German prof just on tee-vee had difficulty with - "stop vaccinating and more will die from covid than from vacca wont they?"
"jawohl many more but we have to be seen to be safe"
christ did he really say that?

// and that vaccines usually take a long time to gain approval for a reason//
and people ( not well educated profs and sages and savants but ordinary people like you and me) said that - we wait and see in Britain
BUT it has been slow to catch on that if you delay 6 m and wait and see then you have six months deaths ( for us 25 000 -is that an underestimate?) - and spare 40 vacca deaths
which silly old me says is NOT a good trade.

I honestly don't think this is politically motivated ... just for once.
It's easy to lose sight of the fact that, as far as global vaccination in response to a pandemic unknown in history is concerned, we are in uncharted territory.
It is far too early in the process to be unnecessarily alarmed.
Never too early for the media to seize on any sniff of alarm though.
Given the scale of this venture, I would be surprised if such glitches did not crop up.
