The question isn’t was the holiday justified, the question is ‘Who paid for it’?

Boris told the Parliamentary register of interests that the £15,000 holiday was paid for by Carphone Warehouse co-founder David Ross, a Tory donor.
But Mr Ross says he did not pay for it.

Someone is lying. And if Ross didn’t pay, who did?
And why the attempt to hide their identity?
