I dont have much time for merchant bankers.
well it explains why she's cleaning a bank anyway.
Never treat your domestic/caretaking or maintenance staff poorly or the tasks could be shared out around the workplace.

They'd be more careful then.
I think all support staff are valuable, and should be appreciated and treated with respect.

As regulars will know, I am taking on my first Speaker engagement on the Britannia in September, and I shall be doing something I have never heard any other speaker do on all the Talks i have attended - which is thank the technical staff who make them audible and their presentation visible.

Without that support, the Talk would not take place, so I think a 'thank you' is absolutely essential.

But I am from a generation where manners were taught to matter.
TTT - // well it explains why she's cleaning a bank anyway. //

Does it?

Can you explain how please?
have a day off Andy, it's barely legible, the sort of thing PP would write.
blimey, if people have to do jobs based on their ability to write so that people can understand them, why aren't YOU a cleaner TTT?
I rather think it's your problem if you cannot read and understand a quickly penned note on a piece of paper Tora.

The actual letter makes it sound as if the cleaner wasn't really all that miffed at what had taken place. Not exactly a 'drop the mic' moment.
Thought that'd get the "Horrified of Tunbridge Wells" brigade foaming at the North and South! PMSL! Fish in a Barrel!
Gosh...some people are so rude. I understood the letter perfectly well.
You can fetch your own mop n bucket love.
you sure ummmm? I normally have to explain everything to you about 20 times before it gets grow barred in.
