Twas on the radio this morning, so no link. He's done nothing to stop the largest source of carbon emissions on this planet and has failed to cap a single volcano. It's disgraceful! Another failure from Bojo the Clown! :o)

UK can do close to naff all anyway. Mankind has control of 4% of the Earth's carbon and the UK has control of 4% of that. So if we cut it to zero, there is still 96% of the 4% out of our control. We should continue to get greener and cleaner as is practicable and not freak out whenever some tree hugger mouths off. If GT and the CC warriors really cared about CC they'd be badgering China, USA, India et al. By comparison we are as pure as the driven snow. Except Drax of course I'd shut that down tomorrow, disgusting place.
