OK, here is a sample post. I think it's racist. What do you think, naomi? https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E6EuBOuXEAMvaz2?format=jpg&name=medium Or what about this one: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/E6EuBOsXIAcA5fH?format=jpg&name=medium

Harry Kane misses a penalty he probably gets abuse but not racist abuse.
Why do you think Sancho Rashford and Saka
DO get it?
Your logic is flawed to put it mildly.
Pixie, //It is irrelevant. //

So you said.
It's the words in the abuse that matter, not the "impetus" for it.
Mine in response to

“ I didn’t say the abuse wasn’t about race. I said the impetus for it was missing the penalties. That’s why the rest of the black players didn’t come in for a torrent of bile. They didn’t miss the penalties.”
Ichkeria, if you're talking to me, bullies will always pick on the thing they know is most likely to hit the mark. Got a big nose or a hump back or cross eyes? That'll be their target. It's not rocket science - so not flawed logic after all. That's what bullies do.
..
Ellipsis, see above.
Pixie @ 12;02 'Of which Sterling's was in my mind the worst of the three." Sterling didn't take any of the penalties.
Naomi, I'm not sure what you're trying to prove. We all know that bullies target what they think will hurt the most. Bullying is wrong whatever the reason, but racial abuse abuse just shows the sort of people we're dealing with: sick, twisted, hateful individuals.
> Ellipsis, see above.

You're referring to me, but I'm unclear what about. Are you disagreeing with "It's the words in the abuse that matter, not the impetus for it"? If so, what's your disagreement?
As are all bullies, Mozz.

Incidentally, I'm not trying to prove anything. Simply giving my opinion.
Ken, I didn't post that. Must have been someone else.
Rowan did x
Ellipsis, what disagreement? 'See above' simply meant ... see above where I've explained my take on it..

Gosh....that's awful.
I think it's horrible, ellipsis, utterly disgraceful, but thank you for posting it. It confirms the point I was making. Those three men have been attacked because they missed penalties... the abusers have said so.
Jesus. That's horrendous. Three men attacked because some people are racist morons.
Abusers always tell the truth about their motivations. Obviously.

Only naomi could read those and conclude that they were not being abused for their race... thank you for sharing those examples Ellipsis. I had wondered why most news outlets were shy about actually showing examples but now I can see why.
