moolah is money ( as usual ) ynni
and X is indy ref -

they collected according to the FT today moolah ( money that is ynni!) for indyref ( promoting the referendum ) - £600 k

and when the acccounts came out ( those are the papery things they have to submit to some civil servant or someone) - that account showed much less than £600k

they said they could do that, cy pres was never mentioned because no one knew what it was, and the finance chief ( main moolah man to you and me ynni) made a dash for the door shouting the F word - ( fraud of course silly!)
