Sorry I haven't got a link. I heard on the radio and BBC telly that TR has been judged on the wrong side in a court case against him for falsely accusing a teenager (who was filmed being beaten by school 'chums') of attacking young women, and that he has to pay £100,000 penalty, plus legal costs. I'm surprised that TUS haven't been on here defending him. He seems to be pleading bankruptcy and saying that he's had a bad year. Are there many here who feel sorry for him?

There are many who would love to take the law into their own hands by abusing the law and free speech.
In quite appalling ways, by the use of inflammatory language and unfounded life ruining allegations.
All based on sheer bigotry.
Luckily they leave it to Tommy.
Who can always rely on mugs to pay his legal expenses while portraying himself as a victim.
If only they were as brave as “Tommy” -

'Tommy Robinson' used up any goodwill he may have gained from his correct exposure of hate preaching a very long time ago.

It has since been utterly eclipsed by his unfounded bigotry and hatred and willingness to flout the law continually in order to maintain his grand-standing attention-seeking excuse for a career.

Nor do I - but that doesn't mean that 'Tommy Robinson' is not a violent racist thug, his continuing behaviour proves that he absolutely is.

It's perfectly possible to be right about one thing and wrong about ninety-nine others.

The problem arises when you think you can trade on the one thing for ever more, and thereby be excused the other ninety-nine.

That's not how it works.

Because he foghorns the racist diatribe and ignorant claptrap that causes tensions and violence, that others 'daren't', does not mean that their voices dserve to be heard any more than his.

on civil application a judge may well hold that the transfer is void as it seems to be done to avoid paying

It's not that I don't like him, it's that I despise his manipulation of knee-jerk fear of anything different to line his pockets, at the expense of innocent people, as his latest court case has proved.

The fact is, 'Robinson' came to fame for quite rightly exposing grooming gangs and hate preaching, and no-one would deny him the kudos he gained from doing that.

The problem is, he has moved on from that to a campaign of all-embracing bigotry against immigrants in general, and Muslim immigrants in particular.

His entire raison d'etre for this behaviour is no longer because he actually believes the garbage he spouts, he is actually too intelligent for that, but that he has spotted a way of not only increasing his dubious personal profile as some sort of representative of the great unwashed who fortunately have no platform for their equally abhorrent views, and making a serious amount of money personally in the process.

Anyone who seriously thinks that 'Tommy Robinson' as actually delivering a valid message about the right way to fear Muslims is naive in the extreme.

If Tommy was as racist and bigoted as his critics maintain, he would have been prosecuted many times over for hate speech, but he hasn't, which proves the old adage, ''give a dog a bad name ......''
