//"It's always been a positive thing and opened doors for me," he told the Guardian six years ago. "I'm 23 now and an artist, and this story gave me an opportunity to work with Shepard Fairey for five years, which was an awesome experience. He is a huge music connoisseur: when he heard I was the Nirvana baby, he thought that was really cool."// Can't have it both...

It has gone further than just thinking about suing.
// Elden claims he could not consent to his image being used on the album art way back in the day, because he was only a 4-month-old baby ... and says his legal guardians didn’t consent to it either.
According to the docs, Elden claims Kurt, Dave Grohl and the rest of the band failed to protect and prevent him from being sexually exploited ... and he says having his naked baby body plastered on a famous album caused him to suffer lifelong damages.
Elden has sued the above parties as well as ‘Nevermind’ album artwork photographer Kirk Weddle and designer Robert Fisher; the labels responsible for the album’s release, including Universal Music and Geffen Records; and Nirvana’s drummer from 1988 to 1990, Chad Channing. //

I think hes' right to do what he is doing. Kurt Cobain made millions of dollars , I wonder how much his parents were given for that shot if anything? According to the article his 'legal guardians' did not give permission. I think there is a story in that somewhere. Poor guy though, having the world gawping at his little circumcised winkie lol!
He wasn’t kidnapped by the photographer, and at 4 months old he didn’t crawl to the studio. Just by taking the baby to the shoot, the parents consented to the photo session, and there is no grounds for claims of exploitation.
The album has sold roughly 45 million copies and has made a very lot of money. It is a classic so original artists are entitled to make money for their creativity and skill.

Given that he has gone on record as saying “the whole world has gotten to see my penis over the last 30 years, which is kind of cool”
And given he was completely anonymous.
And a baby.
He really hasn’t a legal leg to stand on.
Assuming the law is sensible which may be a big if

I had a big pile of ironing to do today, so I put Nevermind on. I had forgotten about the secret track at the end.
When CDs first came out, they held 74 minutes of music. Bands whose albums were only 60 mins long used to have a 10-15 minute space to the last track. It wasn’t worth the wait, but the rest of it is brilliant.
