Heathrow Arrivals Delays
Apparently it is taking up to 5 hours for the UK boarder force to clear travellers arriving in the UK at Heathrow.
The Home Office response to this debacle is ‘Hard cheese – travellers will have to put up with the delays’
If I was running the country, after their day at work, Home Office employees would be required to wait 5 hours until they could leave for home – and woe betide anyone who complains at the delay.

I see several references to 90 minutes and more for up to 3 hours. Yes there of course have to do spot checks on locator forms but it's too long I agree. Maybe they want to discourage travel abroad and back
