The Dunn family whose 19 y old was flattened by an American Diplomat, have reached a civil settlement with the Driver. She was the one who fled back to America waving her diplomatic passport. ( OK passport that had a diplomatic doo dah in it)

I suppose they have arrived at the conclusion that criminal proceedings are a non starters and to go for the moolah.
