The link provided in the op was of a statement made at 16.30 on the 15th of Sept. The new and exciting, fully rinsed, statement kindly(or otherwise) provided in the latest link from Khan appears to be from 3 hours ago. Who knows the web is busy trying to cover up for his sly peevish "concern".
