I fart all day long and no one posts about me :-(
^^We do try to avoid you though.
Knowing how keenly he feels the lack of apparent education on this forum, may I say the following in response to the post at 9.57am....

1693 - John Aubrey in Brief Lives, although he was a Diarist, recalled the occasion upon which Sir Edward de Vere(17th Earl of Oxford) let off a terrible smelly one at the court of Queen Elizabeth and felt obliged to leave the country for 7 years.
At his return the Queen welcomed him and said, “My lord, I had forgot the fart”!

poor Oxford, it happened while he was "making his deep obeisance" to HM, which would be about the last time you'd want to let off.
I have spent the early evening researching Biden.

In 2014 he sneezed during a meeting with Democrats.
Earlier in 2011 burped at a reception for lesbians for Democrats.
And in a long forgotten insistent he coughed when greeting Gordon Brown in 2009. Gordo never forgave him.

Patrick Garland wrote and directed a play Brief Lives based on Aubrey's work; featuring Roy Dotrice as Aubrey. The production has been performed worldwide since 1969.

Yeah 1693 - and not 1593 - I did wonder at the time, always being an attentive soul. So there must be an oral tradition over a hundred years.

I mean did Queen Mab every say - my lord my mobile is completely flat - canst thou charge it overnight pray?
please we have only the unvarnished troof on this site !
The irony klaxons have been dumped - in er a very green way I assure you
