Very bad press from Tory friendly newspapers.
Might be the beginning of the end for our Clown in Chief.

The biggest nonentity in the human race got us through Brexit and got us through Covid, propping up people, jobs, businesses and the NHS - and hence, the country - quite magnificently along the way - and all the nonentities who've done nothing significant in their lives can do is stick the knife in at every opportunity. Then a no-show in Parliament.
You couldn’t make it up.
250 of his MPs are raging with him: he forced them to vote for something dishonourable and corrupt and then he left them high and dry.

Absolutely right ymb: In fact arguably Brexit wasn’t really much of an achievement. The big achievement was to win an 80 seat majority against the most useless opposition leader ever. And in fairness he did campaign well.
After that Brexit was a formality. He didn’t actually have to do anything although to his credit he went the extra mile and made sure the deadline passed by negotiating any old nonsense the EU would accept to get around the Irish border issue (effectively doing what Theresa May tried to do but couldn’t as at that stage she simply didn’t have the numbers in Parliament and was in hock to the DUP).
So that achievement is not as great as it sounds
