Which is sadly well wide of the mark. Do you think people who will brave a possible life-threatening channel crossing in a glorified saucepan will worry about a detention centre or indeed the real harships they will face compared to what they are fleeing? I sometimes wonder what planet some people are on.
The second suggestion of yours is illega,. The third is the sensibel one, but it is a long-term thing.

They get ambulances waiting for them when they arrive here, yet folk who have lived here all their lives cannot get an ambulance for love nor money, have these illegals paid anything into the system for this privilege!

I get sick to death reading about all these illegal immigrants and NOTHING being done about it !! Maybe we should all write to our MP's en masse and demand that something is done, I can't think what else to suggest. The government has been useless and let us down on this matter. How many more can we take for goodness sakes ??!
