Think we all understand why he was allowed out but what beggars belief, as far as i am concerned, is his sentence of 'at least 19 years'. Surely the crime he committed is deserving of a much harsher sentence?

totally agree with you Ken, 19 years is an abysmal sentence for the crime committed. He should get a whole life tariff. If he does the whole 19 years which seems unlikely, going on the previous conviction, then he will be in his 40's when let out, don't understand how this can happen. Disgusting crime, and scum like this don't deserve to live let alone be released early.

No need for gruesome surgery. Monitor he takes a chemical castration medication on a daily basis.
19 years ? Hopefully someone will decide to extend his prison time.
Else he will be out in the community to rape/kill again.
