are you really still wondering if an employer can insist on a procedure? after two years?
the answer is yes: Hep B for medical staff.
You can insist they have it before employ

Current employees - depends on their contract
current view ( coz I changed it in 2000) is that persuasion is all, and compulsion should not be used - transferrng them to areas they wont be involved in patient contact ( Hep B)
Govt bringing for legislation which will allow dismissal after the usual march thro the differing roles and jobs.

Vaccinated people do not spread it anything like a non vaccinated person.
