Why is it that so many millions of people have received their vaccinations, but there are so many new cases every day? Are most of the people with Covid unvaccinated? We are not told this.

The vaccine was developed for the original Wuhan virus. It's evolved so much that the vaccine is nowhere near effective enough. Anyone can catch it, but the vaccinated are less likely to be severely ill.

people don't seem the grasp that the vaccine does not give immunity. Most of those tested positive will be vaccinated, that's why testing is pointless and most of it should be stopped forthwith.

they're now saying the original two AZ jabs only worked fully for three months, then their effects started to lessen. Which means the six month gap before getting a booster may have left some vaccinated peopel vulnerable.

Many new cases wll be the latest variant, which has already run though South Africa and indicates a) it is easily passed on, and b) symptoms are much milder. As it's crowding out earlier versions it's a reasonable hope that it'll dominate and there will no longer be any excuse to be scared stiff of it, nor tolerate unreasonable restrictions from government.

It makes you less likely to be infected an so less likely to infect others. But you can still get infected of course. But if you get it you less likely to be very ill or die than if your not jabbed especially if your boosted
