Immature And Pathetic
Boris resorting to getting the sympathy vote from the public to save his skin. Allowing the Daily Mail to display Carrie and baby on front page, so the baby had covid, so have thousands of others.
Does he really think that this is going to win back MPs and everyone else. And for those who may think that the PM didn't have anything to do with this publication, a top journalist said late last night that the Daily Mail would have had to ask Boris's permission first before hand. Embarrassing fight back using you're Wife and child.

I would never argue with you, it really is just a difference of opinion.
Usually I seem to agree with Naomi so I was surprised I don't on this.
We are all different in the way we see things and as you know some Abers end up falling out, but I would never do that with you as you are one of my faves. :-) xx

'Immature and pathetic'? Just about describes most of the population spouting the odds against Boris at the moment. Can't say that I am a big fan of his but I think the treatment towards him at the moment is pretty disgusting. For Heaven's sake why don't people transfer some of their anger towards all the other M.P.s who were partying as well. Boris didn't party on his own.
As for his baby having Covid it must have been frightening for him and Carrie. Having had a baby ,at 6 weeks, with whooping cough I know what it's like.
I don't agree at all with the partying at No.10 .Those who set the rules should follow them. What about all those Abers who were boasting and shouting the odds that'' no-one tells me what to do'' and all those thousands making their way to party on the beaches. Yes, I know some of them were fined but a hell of a lot got away with it.

And they are ? If any other MPs are or were involved I am sure we will know about it
To keep you up to date it appears that it was Downing St staff/civil servants and advisers etc who we’re supposedly at these parties
Some (not just Cummings) even questioned why invites were sent out by the PPS ?
They who attended I am sure will be censured in due course(ask Allegra Stratton)
No other MP or cabinet minister has yet been implicated
I wonder why ?
Maybe they had the sense and foresight to abide by the legislation set out only days before ?
Or were hard at work (minus cheese and wine) in the Palace of Westminster or at their constituencies ?
So many questions eh ?
It is tough though when you are accountable to the public for your actions as PM I suppose

/Other papers, including the Telegraph, are carrying the story. Articles relating to prominent people are usually handled through a press office or agent./
True . I was just reading through the front pages and wondering if they needed permission from the PM and wife. The other papers quote the Daily Mail as their source.

I think the Prime Minister has been very daft, but I don't see all that these parties would have created a serious problem. As for the public outcry, the press and making the most of it and posting all the sob stories they can. The people complaining they couldn't be with their loved ones, Probably because the loved ones were in hospital or care homes where, of course they couldn't. How could the staff in these constituions have managed with visitors getting in the way when wards were packed. It hardly compares with a works get together in a garden. As for the population following all the rules,a vast amount didn't and were up and about mixing with all and sundry.
