So an inquiry into a sacking over Muslimness is ordered but not into bullying and blackmailing of MPs ?
Boris will obviously claim that he saw no evidence of either(as he already has over the bullying) though
Par for the course with him
Probably did not realise he was head of the government
In line with his other excuses
Wonder what would have happened if any of those making the latter claims were of that faith or a certain skin tone ?
More double standards from Government ?

The very idea that a whip would use such language, rather than just think it(!), is amazing(and if he did use it then it shows just how contemptuous he is). But it's he said versus she said. As an inquiry, it's going nowhere. She may have chosen her moment but she's clearly decided that she has no future as a Tory MP, for some reason, and is sticking the knife in as her opening move.
Much like the crossing the floor incident last week, this could actually help to shore up support for Boris ...
