The "authorities" wouldn't even admit or acknowledge that it was going on for years. Until (since punished for his bravery) a well known individual brought it to National prominence. They then redacted every charge sheet so that names were not known. Ever likely, the cautious amongs us would blame them all when their identities were "secret". perhaps that was the aim of the social engineers. To cause an uprising caused by racial tension, whilst tut tutting at the very concept and getting the storyline, that it was caused by "white" racists, ducks in a row. Wicked, and a process that is still supported by the wicked.

// Crazy when they collect ethnicity data //
this was pointed out at the time

and recommended by the Equality Act 2001 - (record ethnicity but no duty to act on the data)
It was omitted to avoid inflaming racial tension I think....pre 9.11 and July 2005 and 2017 arena
which eny fule kno - has changed views and prejudices

// //What would you propose we do about white Englishmen who go abroad seeking native girls or boys for sexual purposes?//
it great to see proof that no one on AB reads anything ever
covered by the most recent Sexual Offences Act - BUT difficulties in proving the case
discussed incidentally here - two or three days ago

If that's the cae, LB and TTT, then I wasn't being daft in asking how children could identify them, i.e. by checking out their skin colour and/or dress code. The trouble is, that such clues would make children scared of lots of people who fit the description but are nothing to do with the disgusting behaviour of a few. Just like, I presume, those white men who holiday in exotic foreign climes without wanting to exploit local youngsters.
The warnings we give to our young change and grow as they do - from never going to look at someone's kittens or puppies to do not accept free cab rides or offers of alcohol/fast food etc.
If you wish to narrow it down by stressing race and or culture that's your choice.
I would keep it general but that's my preference.
