Smells are wafting around the house and making me hungry , it’s blowing a hoolie out there with rain in the mix , going to daughters for a curry later , the lamb hot pot is slowly cooking for tomorrow’s dinner.
Maybe a ‘boring ‘ thread but it sure as hell makes a change from Boris,Brexit and COVID , the new BBC on here :0)

Blue sky here too. Just about to get ready and go for a walk down to the local shops and tesco. I'm ready to go now but having to wait for little Tigs to finish watching an episode of whatever he's watching before we go :/

Were having a Chinese takeaway to cheer me up. Not having a good time at the moment. Yet more medical issues!! Two new appointments and the NHS one is actually at the hospital!!

Braised steak, carrots, and onions has just been started here, for tomorrow with mash and maybe even mushy peas. Just like a school dinner but with identifiable meat in it.

That 50 years anniversary came and went just after Christmas Bobbi. We had fish and chips! My health problems won't go away but can hopefully be eased.

Hubby and I cook together. I give instructions and he does all the work! It'll be nice for him tonight to just have takeaway Chinese.

Well done Bobbi, Ireland-Wales on here and the Irish playing very well....Pan-roasted duck for me later - all prepared with some duck seasoning, a 'Barts' mix, along with a little Gochhujang paste added for a bit of a sweet kick. Veg all prepped and ready to steam, pointed cabbage, baby carrots, Boston green beans, baby sprouts, the question being some tagliatelle or mashed pots with the dish.
