I don't know the full facts but the only explanation that I can come up with was that she was so drunk that she didn't realise that she had been raped, until she awakened the following morning.

Any other suggestions?

Milo - I'd be surprised if you had decided, based on basic facts and no evidence, how could anyone reasonably come to any conclusion about what went on.

Unless you have a galaxy-sized level of Level One Mysoginy, which of course allows you to judge the woman here and now, as guilty.

Is that how the majority of posters on here have made up their minds?

I am not sure of the relevance of AB'ers' experience of First Class travel in the context of this debate.

The majority would have decided that, at worst, this woman made up the story entirely, and at best, she is simply crying foul to save embarrassment.

The point is, they would have that view if the incident took place in the Los Angles Rams stadium with the Trojan Marching Band going past, so really, where she was is unimportant, and whether anyone else has never been in that situation, even less so.

A little confusing that people think it would have been noticed, but two drunk people having "consensual" sex, wouldn't have been.
By all means, don't judge someone as guilty until you know, but don't judge someone as a liar either.
At least wait and see. This isn't the olden days, where women feel so bad, they have to tell everyone, and say they were forced. Grow up.

Neither am I but Roadman bought it up thinking he/she/they were being clever. Seems at least two ABers have travelled First.
