I think what Atheist is trying to say is that there is no evidence that a dead Russian soldier sent those texts. At best the evidence is that the texts were sent by his phone in which case, given that he is dead and his phone is in the hands of Ukrainians, we can't know that he sent the messages. And if the Ukrainians sent the messages I wouldn't blame them. The first casualty of war is Truth.
