Pity the wee un seems to care more about being contrarian than she does about her public.

Devolution is the worse thing that happened to the UK. It's taken us backward to medieval times. Queen Nicola of Scotland. We are a small nation of four countries. Same laws and rules should apply

Are you saying that she is wrong to make us wear masks for longer? Do you have the data to support your assumption?
I don't like her, I don't want independence but I trust that she has our interests at heart.
Being contrary is a trait of many Scots. We don't see it in a negative way at all. It just makes us more loveable.

Well, Wolf63, I don't think Sturgeon has our interests at heart.
It's all about trying to prove that we are different (when we aren't). With all her "extra caution" have our Covid results been any better than elsewhere? No.
Is her woke trans agenda in our interests? No.
Is her extreme green agenda in our interests? No.
And don't get me started on the car crash that is our education system.

TTT - the thread was going well until you mentioned her 'pathological hatred of England'.
I don't know of one person who hates the English, but we are tired of being considered second class citizens or just another part of England by people who should know that we are all British.
I am proud to be Scottish and proud to be British.
My brother lives in England, his wife and children are English but his kids are proud of their Scottish and Irish identity too.
Anyway, she still annoys me.

what that babies will DDDIIIIEEEEE if you dont wwear a mask
OR
that babies will still DDDDIIIIIIIEEEE if you continue to wear a mask
No data either way ( I know these things)
oh whilst I am at it - the only country with decent follow up or long term data is - - - UK and the NHS. Data series with millions of patients. US pharma companies either dont collect the data ( costs too much ) OR do and wont share the results ( share price sensitive).
All the waiting cases in the NHS done ten years ago by bought in service companies - is there any follow up data?
Nope - the NHS contract didnt specify it, we have no idea what the results are

// so why would you need a separate English government?//
oh this is the midlothian question
bit deal ten years ago
English legislation can be voted on by scots MPs ( so what ) but not the other way round in reserved areas of govt
after events in Ukraine, all these eentsy weentsy questions strike me as dead ( not as impt as originally thought)
