He’s not running them. He’s got involved. For whatever reason. Turkey is a handy location for him as it hasn’t sanctioned him.

i dont really understand why it's him, and not someone in the russian govt. If he is close enough to putin to be involved in peace talks, why wasn't he considered too close to putin to own chelsea/launder his money here?
