Gromit: So we beat the invaders but you didn't like that so voted for Kinnochio? did I get that right?
Hymie, still waiting for an example of an actual porky from you or anyone! Jeez I even posted an entire post and still don't have one.
@23.42.Remember Thatcher was enabled and voted in by the SNP back in 1979,Gromit.A lot of the Scottish nationalists on this site would rather have you not know this interesting little snippet of truth.
"Remember Thatcher was enabled and voted in by the SNP back in 1979"

What do you mean by that?
ynnafymmi
I am aware the Labour and the SNP had a mutual aim of keeping thr Tories out of Scotland. The LibLab pact in the mid 70s was the pre-curser to the 1979 UK General election, and the Tories were in the wilderness for the next decade.
Labour will never get Scotland back from the SNP, so they need to work together, not against each other, but in their common interest.
No chance,Gromit.Nationalism will always be an anathema to socialism.I know that, you know that,Starmer knows that.No deals with nationalists. No way.
ynnafymmi,
Sorry yo brak this to you, but the SNO have
… always been socialist.

ynnafymmi,
Sorry to break this to you, but the SNP have always been socialist.
ynnafymmi,
I did watch Man united’s dismal display against Liverpool, in my pub, but I am fine, but my tablet seems to be pished.
So they are nationalists and socialists.Wasnt there a wee moustachioed guy in the 1930s who also claimed the same thing?
re "PMSL"
TTT, perhaps your statements would hold more credability if you finally accepted that "myself" is one word ;-)
^^doubt it^^
gromit: "Sorry to break this to you, but the SNP have always been socialist. " - err, they were once called the "Tartan Tories" .
I believe that Labour will recover 'The Red Wall' at the next GE, but as others have said, they won't get in power because they need Scotland. Hung parliament on the way.

Johnson is living out his calling in life by being the Bullingdon Buffoon. I bet him and his other Bullingdon louts can't believe he managed to get as far as he has in politics, or anywhere else, for that matter. He leads a government that is determined to turn this country into an impoverished and subservient one, and whilst he doing it, some people think it's funny and agree with it.

As for Ukraine, Russia will take it over completely. It may take longer than they planned, but they will do it. Maybe Ukraine should have just allowed the Russians in by negotiation and saved their country from devastation.

Other than that, everything's fine thanks! ;o)
10cs, the lefty way, surrender! If TGL hadn't saved us you and your communist Union mates would have emerged us in the Soviet Union by now.
Well I'm no lefty but I cant see anything 10C has said thats wrong.

The Prime Minister and her husband are wrecking this country with liberal green policies. The sooner we get a proper Conservative Government and not this blue labour the better. IMHO.
YMB:"Well I'm no lefty but I cant see anything 10C has said thats wrong."
he said: "As for Ukraine, Russia will take it over completely. It may take longer than they planned, but they will do it. Maybe Ukraine should have just allowed the Russians in by negotiation and saved their country from devastation. " - so you think they should have rolled over and let the Ruskies in? Surprised.
Breast.
