//Hundreds of millions of people are "marching to starvation" after Vladimir Putin's war in Ukraine unleashed the worst humanitarian crisis since the Second World War, the head of the UN’s World Food Programme has warned….Mr Putin has prevented shipments from leaving Ukrainian ports, while Western officials say his army has deliberately destroyed agricultural equipment and harvest stores.... Meanwhile David Nabarro, the World Health Organisation’s special envoy, said 1.7bn people across 94 countries are at risk of severe hunger as food prices surge.//

Sanna Marin was the world's youngest PM when she was sworn in three years ago aged 34.

BTW Carrie Johnson is 34 now ...
An oldie compared to Pitt the Younger mind you ;-)
I scrolled through the AB topics list looking for the latest one which related to the war in Ukraine, & this is it, it seems to be sliding down the pages of the press websites too, I hope it isn't a sign of burgeoning 'compassion fatigue'.
Just to remind folk that perhaps the best site to keep up with events is;

Just my thoughts last night khandro very little coverage last night on TV. Can't remember who it was, but someone said this may happen some weeks ago, that the fear was that people would get bored with this war if it carries on to long. I really hope this is not happening, because that's what Putin's hoping for also.
Doesn't really matter if 'people' get bored with it. As long as the 'people' that matter don't get bored with it and continue to supply arms, support and training to Ukraine and further sanctions on Russia.
