...I am not aware of any rights that are present or absent based on ethnicity in this country. So what rights is this "equal rights" campaigner trying to acquire?

As naomi says (and a point you have still not addressed) there is a considerable difference between rights and treatment. Treatment can be unequal (and those inequalities are not the exclusive preserve of ethnic minorities). Rights are universal. The examples you quotes (prisoners in particular) do not support your case very well. Many rights are not unqualified and are liable to qualification. If you glance at the ECHR you will see that the Articles state which is which. By your argument, committing someone to prison would be against their rights because there is a right to freedom. But it is a qualified right and The Convention realises that there are some circumstances where a right needs to be qualified.

I agree - except that they are two different arguments. People arguing for equal rights are often arguing for equal treatment.

We do all enjoy the same rights. If we don't, tell me some of the rights that some people enjoy but others don't. Point me to some legislation which says "This group of people has these rights, but that group of people doesn't."

Again, who is doing the denying to whom? Back to the OP, Sasha Johnson is described as a "black equal rights campaigner". So what rights is she campaigning for that she believes black people don't have, but everybody else does?

This is the point I made two days ago. I can find no evidence of her directly campaigning for equal rights.
