I don't feel that way about Boris - I don't think he has an air of superiority or entitlement. He may be promoted above his ability but then so many people are & still manage to make a go of it. Maybe he is badly advised or not inclined to listen to advice.
Dave, I think they use an electronic word recognition system that interprets what’s being said almost instantly - and sometimes ‘mishears’. It’s clearly not tuned to correct bad grammar.
The auto - gen programs do a lot by context ( list of words most likely to follow)
and for Queen's jubilee, it far more likely to be green jubilee
and as for Prince WIlliam, instead of a brother named harry, it is far more likely to be associated with hisbo-allahi ( arabic for party-of-god but the computer probably knows that already)
