Why must all the protesters be on benefits?
bunch of *** gabs with nowt to do, frankly I'd superglue them to something and leave them there.
For each person that wants the refugees here, should be made to take in one even if it means sleeping on their living room floor.
Couldn't they possibly have taken a day off work to protest? Some of those who protested at Gatwick were teachers and university lecturers.
sharon is correct. send one round to each of them, except prince charles, send him a 1000.
Am no lover of priti Patel and no Tory but the protestors seem to be missing 2 points... one these people are economic migrants coming from France not a war torn country and two the point of the Rwanda move is to detter people from paying smulgglers to risk there lives...the point is to get them to use the legal asylum claims route.
Their protests have been fruitless - the appeal court judges have just confirmed the flight can proceed.
Sorry Desky ,cross posted
The UK should not be getting any immigrants at all ,
legal or not .Boris promised you that ,when he said vote for me and I will get Brexit done, then we can take back control of our own Borders.
You were conned by the Cons again.
You tell them Gully!!!
Have the Navy pick them up, have Army transport them to RAF bases and fly them out
The legal challenge is simply to ensure that the UK govt is complying with the law.
Taking back control of one's borders, means; taking back control. It does not necessarily mean no access to anyone. Your elected representatives get to make the rules, not some unelected foreign elite.
I've read from several different sources that the majority of these protesters are middle class people.

Behaving like Oiks (that's my bit).
I understand that fewer are to be sent in the first flight than originally planned. I presume some have challenged it (or someone has done it on their behalf) and succeeded. I think we have to be much stricter.
Mrs Bliar perhaps Naomi?
Gulliver... this is a step toward taking back control of about borders. Do you really think if was still in the EU we'd be allowed to send these to Rwanda. Anyway have you wondered gulliver why all these people want to come across in dinghy when according to you it's such a bad place to live under this govement and under brexit and you choose to leave
Or someone like her, LB.
Gulliver is utterly convinced Brexit was founded on racism and nothing else, and even when the likes of NJ says he wanted out as far back as Maastricht, and others have stated sovereignty, he steadfastly refuses to believe it, so I don’t know why people bother engaging with him.
