The smoke signals are saying that Starmer and Rayner have recieved fixed penalty notices and that "a court case" is pending whereby they have lodged appeals. There is apparently a blanket silencing order that prevents the press or plod from confirming this, but Richard Holden an MP from those parts has "hinted" at such.
