Anyone who will get rid of net zero, get fracking and increase north sea drilling for gas so we can be self sufficient.
Penny Mordaunt - she will give Labour leader whoever that will be once Rodders and the gob have to resign a good thrashing at PMQs.
Man; Steve Barclay, Woman; Liz Truss. But best of them all would be Jesse Norman whom Boris sacked from the treasury, but as far as I know he's not running.
You're right as usual TTT;-)
Tom Tugendhat.
As I’ve said before it cannot be anyone from the recent cabinet, they’re forever tainted with the Johnson stain for having defended the indefensible for such a long period of time.
Their ethics, morals and loyalty will forever be questioned, they’ve saddled themselves with the Johnson trademark, their credibility is shot.
The Tory party need a new leader, clear of previous governments and their misdemeanours.

A completely new slate, no sign of any of the old guard. It’ll be the first step to restoring trust and credibility.
Maybe have a shilling or two on Baker
Ben Wallace because we are going to need a person with a military background in the near future.
A class of 5 year olds :)

//Ben Wallace because we are going to need a person with a military background in the near future.//

That’s one reason why I chose Tugendhat.
agree with Atheist. But in real life it's more likely to be Wallace, famous for bringing the pets home from Afghanistan.
ladybirder: "You're right as usual TTT;-) " - a cross I have to bear!
I'd accept Wallace but only if the Chancellor is Gromit!
My vote is Sajid Javid.
NOT Gove !

I can't think of any I particularly like, wish Boris would stay.

Anybody who doesn't need a reality check would do.
Be as well casting around for a unicorn though.
Sajid Javid used to be managing director of Deutsche Bank. He understands money. That's the sort of man we need at the moment.
hoppy: "Sajid Javid used to be managing director of Deutsche Bank." - well he's taken a huge pay cut then!
From Wikipedia:

He left Deutsche Bank in 2009 to pursue a career in politics. His earnings at Deutsche Bank would have been roughly £3 million a year at the time he left and the Evening Standard once estimated his career change would have required him to take a 98% pay cut.[
Ben Wallace
A cabinet member who is untainted
ah yes, he was another non-dom, wasn't he?
