Johnsons Legacy to the British Public ....Proroguing Parliament. Unlawfully breaking his own lockdown laws. Handing out billions of pounds worth of covid contracts to his cronies.
Having to apologise to the Queen for holding a party at Downing St on the eve of her husbands funeral. Refusing to sack Dominic Cummings at the time for breaking covid rules and driving to Durham. Boris also refused to sack Priti Patel for bullying her staff. He Mislead Parliament. He Protected Owen Paterson when he was on the fiddle. He Appointed Pincher as deputy chief whip when he knew about the allegations of sexual assaults He gave tax payers money to his Lady friends for services rendered , such as Jennifer Arcuri and she was only one of them that we knew about .Good Riddance Boris......

Being very objective and ignoring policy issues Thatcher (not a fan) and Blair (fan) were two of the best in my time.
They got things done. Blair has it for me as he’s the only one who more or less chose the time of his own departure a rarity (if you don’t count having an arm twisted by a rival)
In fact so did Wilson who’s also underrated.
But the question was the worst and I can only speak of ones I know:

All of them, especially the ones named, but they were all bullies and ran rough-shod over their spineless acolytes who never stood up to them. Plenty of complaining after resignations but nothing whilst they had their snouts in the troughs. imo.

Johnsons one of the worst definitely but dont you think PMs get challenged a lot more ... when I was young TV interviewers generally were very polite and respectful... none of the haranging they get now from Beth Rigby etc.
I wonder how Blair or Wilson, who i both liked, would of coped with the current media

Worst is very subjective, depending on the admirers and fanboys.
What’s not in dispute is that none bar Johnson have ever broken the law whilst in office nor been forced from office by their own party as a result of lying and covering up for a predatory sex pest, then promoting him to high office.
