In the Greater Manchester area-----A tarmac road has melted in Stockport, a three years old boy was killed in a tractor accident, 16 years old boy drowned in Salford Quays and today a body has been pulled out of the River Irwell in Bury. These are just a handful of the accidents this week .
But why do they all do it when the warnings are clear - no doubt all the families will tell us what wonderful children they were and how sadly they will be missed (won't all deceased children?). They should have instilled more common sense into them, especially as they are not toddlers but teenagers.
Andy Burnham should stand as a Labour leader DT, he talks sense

Don’t know about that DT but a few years back I read a book about enforced marriages among the Pakistani community, particularly in the North West,Andy Burnham worked behind the scenes with the charity who got the girls back, even flying there himself to secure the release of one of them, I’ve liked him ever since
